To protect the crusher from such a phenomenon as vibration leading to breakdowns, a static balancing of rotating parts should be made. This operation can be performed using a sufficiently simple device (Fig. 4). We carry out the installation of the technological roller 1 into the hole on the shaft in the drum and we put the already assembled rotor (containing the axis, spop, the knaps and the locking bolt) on top of the knives located in the horizontal plane.
By drilling a metal from the plates in the rotor, you need to achieve that the rotor is evenly stopped in various positions. Before installing, the hammers should be selected in such a way that their weight was equal. With a properly balanced hammer drum, the vibration in the crusher will be absent.
